Cut pattern out of fabric on fold line. Open up with wrong sides facing you and glue a hem on all four slanted sides of fabric. Fold fabric with right sides together and glue side seams. Press to set glue.

Place a finger in the bag and push down fabric on center of fold to bring bottom edges of sides A & B together and press with iron. Open up the fold and sew a small seam near the corners of the A & B corners. Do each side. Clip off corner fabric close to seam line to get rid of bulk. Glue in a piece of cardstock down the original fold line.

Fold and glue sewed seams over the top of the cardstock. Glue each side seam down—one going right and the other left. Press to set glue.

Place glue over C, slip on one jump ring and fold over with wrong sides of fabric touching. Press to set glue again. Do other side of handle. Allow to cool and gently turn right side out.
